Repairs Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Roodepoort in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Repairs Administrator in the Repairs and Maintenance department to join their team.
Salary is R20 000 - R24 000 CTC per month 

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric is essential
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering language is an advantage
• Computer Literate MS Excel, Syspro and BC
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Experience with exports, invoicing, procurement portal providers
• MUST be willing to learn 

• Scanning job packs on the system
• Research data on the system to improve sales
• Respond to all enquiries regarding repairs, giving general advice and assistance and ensuring an effective response to requests for repairs
• Respond promptly to emergency and urgent maintenance queries to safeguard customers and property
• Answer telephone calls or emails from contractors and help with any job queries and enquiries and maintain good customer relations
• Ensure all works orders are completed and recorded accurately within agreed targets
• Regularly monitor all job costs and work, taking appropriate action to ensure that expenditure is within budget
• Oversee the invoice process, ensuring PO’s are raised and coded accurately and on time
• Provide data on a regular basis to assist in monitoring contractors’ performance and customer experience
• Arrange meetings, take minutes and circulate the agenda and monitor action plans
• Providing an excellent level of customer service to all customers, including managing complaints
• Provide administrative support for management of planned maintenance programmed and cyclical
