The Role: Repairs Administration Assistant

The purpose of this role is to support the Repairs Manager by handling the administrative workload of the repairs process end-to-end, from initial fault verification through to final resolution. The main focus is to have repairs move through the pipeline faster and ensure customers are kept properly informed throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Require no previous experience as an entry-level candidate, as full training will be provided.

• Receive incoming repair requests from customers and internal teams.

• Verify the reported fault against product and warranty details before escalating.

• Log and track each repair case accurately in the relevant systems.

• Coordinate the sending of faulty items to the relevant supplier for repair, credit, or replacement.

• Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with suppliers until an outcome is reached.

• Escalate cases that stall or lack a clear path to resolution.

• Provide regular, proactive status updates to customers throughout the repair process.

About You

• Entry-level candidate with no previous experience required.

• Strong administrative accuracy and comfort with tracking multiple cases at once.

• Familiar with Office suite programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CRM and Helpdesk software from Zoho and Email programs, or willing to learn.

• Technically minded with the ability to understand and describe product faults.

• Solution-oriented approach to resolving stalled or unclear cases.

• Practical phone skills and strong telephone etiquette with suppliers and customers.
