Exciting opportunity for an extremely organised administrator with strong Excel skills and the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and cope well under pressure.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric

Advanced MS Excel skills

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills

Tenacious, excellent problem solving skills and self-motivated

Duties:

Assist external Sales reps with quotations and invoices

Assist with order and sales pack processing

Assist with account queries

Credit notes

Invoicing 

Maintaining and updating multiple spreadsheets regularly

Source stock 

Extensive problem solving 

General administration duties
