SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity based in Germiston, for a Rental Co-ordinator to join their team. Support the Instruments and Equipment Team. Act as the key liaison between the internal Departments and other regional stakeholders regarding rental co-ordination. Experience within the equipment hiring industry ie. Earthmoving equipment essential.

POSITION INFO:
Report directly to the Regional FM. Completed Matric / Grade 12 essential. Accounting Diploma / similar will be highly advantageous. KPI''s include: Preparation and maintenance of all rental contracts; preparation and implementation of all master rental agreements; responsible for the audit and invoicing of rental contracts; liaise with distributors for tracking and invoicing purposes; produce and review rental activity reports; weekly status reporting on fixed assets (rental fleet) to the Sales Manager; stock control; responsible for asset and equipment tracking and verification; asset additions and disposals on rental assets register; liaise with logistics and warehouse for asset tracking and invoicing purposes; co-ordinate a fortnightly physical rental asset verification / count; assist Debtors Clerk with follow-ups on outstanding debt and rental invoice queries and updating debtor follow-up sheets; as well as QHSE responsibilities. Solid MSOffice, ERP and CRM systems and/or accounting knowledge as well as solid understanding / experience in terms of contracts and legalities essential.
