Able to complete forms related to own working area.
Can complete administrative procedures with necessary direction and systems at disposal.

POSITION INFO:
Responsible for:

Keep branch administration up to date.
Manage contracts on Embrace from opening to closing and submitting to invoicing.
Establish good customer relationships.
Maintain a high level of customer service and attend to all customer queries promptly.
Issue a contract for each hire.
Complete the contract in full including customer details, order number etc.
