SUMMARY:
Rental Administrator (residential)R20-R25KCTC , Parktown area. Relevant Property degree or certificate and 2-3 years property admin

POSITION INFO:

Manage listings and update property information on any portal, document management - electronic records, prepare property portfolio and investment reports, liaise with tenants, manage placement process and vacancies. Prepare/collate lease reports/lease schedules (utilities, deposits, repairs and maintenance. Attend body corporate meetings. Rental collections and manaage non-paymnets. Update invoices and creditors, process invoices, follow up with municipality for outsanding issues. 3-5 years expereince in property administration, good understanding of leases and rental regulations, MS products, exp. dealing with tenants, investors, landlords, and exp in property and running with projects.
