Our client, a growing residential property management business, is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Administrator to support the day-to-day management of their rental portfolio.
 
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of residential rental properties
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, addendums, and related documentation
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Capture and maintain records on internal systems
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections
• Handle telephonic and email enquiries professionally
• Maintain filing systems and general administrative processes
• Provide administrative support to the rental team

• Matric
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience (property/rentals advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport advantageous
