Rental or Sales Agent

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Rental or Sales Agent to join an established property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales personality, excellent communication skills, and the drive to build a successful career in property.

The successful candidate will have access to a database of approximately 2,500 property owners through an affiliation with the Property Administrator company, providing an excellent platform for business development.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new properties for rental and/or sale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients.
• Manage the rental and sales process from initial enquiry through to conclusion.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate with prospective tenants and buyers.
• Generate new business and identify opportunities within the existing property owner network.
• Provide professional service and ongoing communication to clients.
• Meet and exceed agreed rental and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant documentation is completed.

• Previous property experience would be advantageous, but less experienced candidates will be considered.
• Strong sales and business development ability.
• Confident, outgoing and target-driven personality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle would be advantageous.
• Willingness to work towards obtaining/maintaining the relevant property practitioner status.
