Job Description

• Responsible to identify customer requirements and meeting/exceeding their needs
• Identify customer requirements and fulfilling their requirement
• Build on customer relations - call on existing, new and opposition customers
• Rentals (and sales where warranted) by championing excellence in customer service.
• Taking responsibility for own development and making constructive use of feedback.
• Meet targets and monthly deadlines
• Achieving goals in line with the company vision
• Grow the company brand - Build and maintain relations in order that the company becomes the preferred
• supplier
• Maintain continuous improvement attitude
• Handling of complaints and queries within 24 hours
• Work closely with other departments (Operations, admin and accounts)
• Assist debtors department with outstanding payments from customers
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
• Network with other companies within the Group
• Key accounts – build and maintain relationships
• Look for new products/services in line with the company''''''''''''''''s markets
• Make sure all rental (and sales) quotes costs are correct
• Confirm operations (deliveries, collections, swops, services and recites) with ops daily
• Compile and update weekly rentals and sales report
• Compile and update monthly rentals and sales report.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Sales and marketing qualifications advantageous
• Rental and sales experience required
• Must have dealt with rental contract
• Good personal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Own reliable vehicle
