Maximize vehicle sales, profitability and long-term business relationships

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications

Grade 12 with a minimum of 3 years'' proven B2B or corporate sales experience within the automotive, fleet management or retail motor industry essential

Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management advantageous

Valid South African Driver''s License

Experience

Track record of managing key accounts and closing major fleet or commercial vehicle transactions

Strong working knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing structures and corporate discounting frameworks

Key Responsibilities

B2B & Corporate Account Management

Grow and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, SME accounts and rental/fleet companies

Secure corporate tender allocations, contracts and volume-selling agreements

Conduct high-level negotiations with company Directors, Fleet Buyers, and Procurement Managers

Sales Strategy & Target Execution

Formulate and implement aggressive corporate sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual unit and gross profit targets

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and industry shifts within the SA corporate landscape

Drive the pipeline from lead generation to final vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up

3. Financial & Deal Structuring

Collaborate with Finance & Insurance (F&I) departments to structure viable finance, leasing and structured payment options

Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and FICA regulations

Oversee trade-in valuations, pricing strategy and vehicle customization or accessory bundling

4. Team Leadership & Reporting

Lead, mentor and coach Corporate Sales Executives and Field Agents

Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conversion rates and pipeline activity via CRM systems

Liaise with Head Office and OEM partners regarding volume forecasts, stock availability and incentive structures
