POSITION INFO:

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a specialised market, building strong client partnerships while identifying and placing top talent within your niche.
This is a full 360° recruitment role, where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client engagement to candidate placement and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow your client base through proactive business development
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Source, screen, and present high-calibre candidates to clients
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to successful placement
Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth placement processes
Establish yourself as a trusted specialist within your market

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment
Strong business development and relationship-building ability
A resilient, results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
