Network Recruitment is seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performance team. The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a specialised market, developing strong client partnerships while identifying and placing top talent within your niche. This is a full 360° recruitment role, where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development and client engagement through to successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a client base through proactive business development
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source, screen, and present high-calibre candidates to clients
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements
Establish a strong presence within your specialised market

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
A results-oriented and resilient mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
The ambition to build a successful desk and grow professionally
