RecruitPro Solutions is a fast-growing recruitment firm looking to add a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to our team. We specialise in placing top talent across the engineering and IT sectors, and we’re looking for someone who knows the industry, hits the ground running, and thrives in a results-driven environment. POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering and IT roles
Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Advertise vacancies on platforms such as PNet and Placement Partner
Manage and update candidate databases with accuracy and attention to detail
Meet and exceed individual placement targets and KPIs
Handle all associated administrative duties related to the recruitment process

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a recruitment role
Demonstrated confidence and success in cold calling and business development
Proven ability to source, screen, and place quality candidates
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Placement Partner, and PNet, Microsoft Office
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
Ability to work independently and contribute to the team from day one
