What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (agency or specialist recruitment environment essential)
A tertiary qualification (Business/Commerce/related field advantageous)
Strong business development skills with a history of exceeding targets
Resilient, driven, and motivated by success
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
