SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organised, professional and motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our team on a remote working model to assist with current vacancies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent telephone etiquette and a passion for working with people. Previous recruitment experience will be beneficial, but is not essential, as the right candidate with a strong administrative background and willingness to learn will be considered.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

3+ years' administrative experience
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent telephone etiquette
Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both spoken and written
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good computer literacy and typing skills (Microsoft Office)
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, staffing or a similar environment will be advantageous, but is not essential

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day recruitment and administrative functions of the business, including:

Sourcing suitable CVs and candidates for various vacancies
Searching job portals, databases and other relevant platforms for potential candidates
Typing, formatting and preparing professional CVs for client submission
Conducting and coordinating candidate background and reference checks
Arranging and confirming interviews between candidates and clients
Communicating professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Liaising with clients as and when required
Following up with candidates regarding interviews
Maintaining accurate candidate and vacancy information
Assisting with general recruitment administration and database management
Providing professional telephone and email support

Remote Working Requirements

As this is a remote position, candidates must have:

Their own reliable laptop
A stable and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection at home
A suitable, professional and quiet home working environment
The ability to work independently while remaining accessible and responsive during working hours

Remuneration

The position offers a very lucrative commission structure (will be discussed in detail), providing excellent earning potential for a motivated and performance-driven individual.
This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, working with people and being part of the recruitment process, while having the flexibility of working from home.
