SUMMARY:
A job opportunity based in Bedfordview is seeking the expertise of a Recruitment Administrator to successfully assist Talent Acquisition Consultants in the production and back end process.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education and Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum: Matric
  • Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in business administration or HR
  • 2 – 5 Years Administration in an agency environment or similar
Competencies
  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Basic Knowledge of APSO regulation + BCEA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3rd African language would be an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Internal Consultant / Candidate Recruiter and other service team requirements
  • Creatively, proactively mine social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates
  • Know/exp sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, PNET, Career Junction
  • Building up a talent pipeline on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Servicing existing client requirements through the owning consultants
  • Building up and maintaining a solid electronic candidate base / CRM and Candidate management system (ATS)
  • Advertising roles on all ATS systems
  • Submission of suitable candidates via client electronic submission in order for consultants to action submission to clients
  • Arranging interviews for consultants when required
  • Indemnity and reference checking of candidates
  • Formatting of all CV’s submitted by consultants
  • Maintaining a schedule of CV’s to be typed by way of the current scheduling system and procedures
  • Regretting unsuccessful candidates and providing feedback thereof when required
