My client based in Alberton is looking for a professional and efficient frontline person to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric
3-5 Years experience in same or similar role
Valid drivers license and own transport
Good numeracy skills
Computer literate - Excel proficiency a must
Answering calls within 3 rings
Attending to visitors
Courier bookings and maintaining an excel sheet for bookings
Receiving of stationary and other deliveries
Booking of all travel requirements
Booking of boardrooms
Reporting maintenance issues
