POSITION INFO:

Duties include:

Ensure the effective management and administration of office operations, including reception duties, office supplies, petty cash, vendor payments / management, maintenance coordination, health and safety compliance, and ISO documentation. Maintain accurate records and support quality management initiatives
Perform reception duties on a daily basis.
Manage, order, and maintain office consumables with accurate record-keeping of stock.
Ensure cost-effective management of suppliers for consumables.
Management of Financials
Control expenses by monitoring office and maintenance costs.
Ensure all purchases follow company procurement procedures.
Obtain and compare quotations for maintenance and consumables.
Management of Customer Relationship
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsible for all external audits for OHS and ISO maintenance.
Risk Management

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
3 – 5 years’ experience in admin control.
Experience with quality related functions.
