Receptionist - Midvaal.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility (no limited to)
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, forward and screen phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Assist Finance and Imports team with filing.
Assist Production Manager with updating daily Production Records.
Assist with ad hoc duties for Directors, HR and Finance.
Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
High school certificate / Office administration certificate in related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., copy machine and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
