Receptionist (4-Month Maternity Cover)

We’re Looking for Our Next Office Superstar!

Are you the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly, loves helping people, and can juggle a few things at once without breaking a sweat? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for!
We’re on the hunt for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our team as our Reception & Administrative Support Champion. You’ll be the welcoming face of the office and the go-to person who helps keep our daily operations flowing seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing
The Friendly First Impression

Answer incoming calls and assist callers with their enquiries
Direct calls to the right people and take clear, helpful messages
Greet and assist clients, visitors and the public with professionalism and warmth
Ensure visitors sign in and connect them with the staff member they are visiting

The Organizing Guru

Receive, open and date-stamp incoming mail
Ensure mail and courier items are distributed correctly and on time
Manage internal correspondence and filing systems
Handle fax distribution and outgoing documentation

The Administration Pro

Provide word-processing and general administrative support
Type letters, reports, memos and other documents
Assist with meeting preparation, conference calls and committee meetings
Support with incident and order documentation

The Team Supporter

Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and staff when needed
Help coordinate meetings and client engagements
Notify relevant departments about office maintenance issues (like breakages or leakages)
Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
