The role

You''ll be the operational heartbeat of the office — the one who keeps things running smoothly, anticipates what''s needed, and brings energy and initiative to everything you do. Every day looks a little different, and you''ll have real exposure across a diverse group of businesses, working directly alongside the family and leadership team.

Day-to-day, you can expect to:

• Be the warm, professional first point of contact for visitors and callers
• Manage calendars, appointments, and keep everyone on track
• Handle travel, accommodation, visa, and transport logistics
• Assist with events, functions, and entertainment arrangements
• Keep the office and properties running like clockwork
• Provide hands-on admin support across multiple business interests
