Professional Receptionist required with Sales flair

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This well-established company is looking for a Receptionist with approximately 4 years+ solid Administration/ Receptionist experience. Your responsibilities will include placing orders, filing and setting up appointments with clients.

Friendly telephonic manner. You will be required to sell the services of the company. Inhouse position. Very casual environment.

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You are familiar with slides, presentations and Excel formulas.

You are adaptable to ever-changing procedures and internal processes. Attention to detail is key! Ability to be a good listener. Utilize your own initiative.
