3 – 5 years’ experience as a Receptionist/Administrator
Excellent communication skills

Job Description:

Switchboard operator
Welcoming clients
Assisting Directors & Colleagues with basic admin duties, type a letter, looking for quotes, fixing documents etc.
Taking minutes
Handling cell phone contracts
Order Stationary
Buying Groceries
Organise Year-end functions
Petty Cash
