Job description:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Administrative support across the organisation
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Directing customers for payments
Ensuring Cleaners execute their functions
Order front office supplies via Requisition Manager
Booking boardrooms via company intranet
Assisting in-house laundry queries
Booking Couriers online

Qualifying experience:

Matric
3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifying attributes:

Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organise and plan carefully
Attention to detail and accuracy
Pleasant personality
Multitasking and time management skills
Stress management skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent organizational skills
