Job description:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Administrative support across the organisation
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Directing customers for payments
• Ensuring Cleaners execute their functions
• Order front office supplies via Requisition Manager
• Booking boardrooms via company intranet
• Assisting in-house laundry queries
• Booking Couriers online

Qualifying experience:

• Matric
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
