JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a well groomed and well spoken Receptionist in the Midrand, Kyalami area for an Engineering Company. 

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 1- 4 years reception experience
  • Strong Administration skills  
  • Computer Literate 
  • MS. Office experience 
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluent in both Afrikaans and English - read, speak and write)
  • Drivers license and own transport

Duties (not limited to):

  • Switchboard duties
  • Transferring calls and taking messages
  • Welcoming guests 
  • Any other reception duties
  • Administration
  • Other adhoc duties
