Requirements:

  • Matric with mathematics
  • Driver’s license with own reliable transport
  • Presentable with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Clear criminal record
  • Contactable references

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Reception duties
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Administration duties - must be able computer literate
  • Customer service
  • Assistant to office staff
