SUMMARY:
Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview:

To maintain the smooth running of the building, visitor liaison & general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting clients, managing all visitors to the building.
Maintain a booking system for the meeting rooms, provide equipment and refreshments, set up for meetings (where applicable)
Deal with all incoming & outgoing mail, couriers & deliveries.
Maintain general areas of the building (signage & appearance of the building)
Liaising with the maintenance team for general building maintenance issues.
Provide administrative support to the other areas of the business where necessary.
Ordering of stationary and office supplies (where applicable)
Processing monthly expenses & petty cash
Order and arrange internal working lunches
IT Support (where applicable)

Qualifications:

Essential:

Strong administration & organisational skills.
Professional & professional.
Strong working knowledge of MS Packages
Ability to work on own initiative.
