Receptionist - Pretoria East

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Insurance Industry requires a Receptionist to manage calls, emails and be the first point of contact and face of the Company.

Responsibilities:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations when required
Perform other administrative duties

Requirements:

Matric
Drivers License with own reliable transport is essential
Stable work track record as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

Salary:
R10 000 - R13 000 Negotiable Basic Salary per Month + Benefits
