SUMMARY:
A financial services company based in Pretoria East is looking to appoint a Receptionist. The company is looking to invest in the successful candidate in terms of growth opportunities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with a relevant qualification.
1-3 years’ relevant experience.
Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
Computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operating the switchboard.
Compiling and safekeeping of documents.
Welcoming clients and making coffee.
Assisting with personal assistant duties
Adhoc administration duties.
