A logistics company based in Olifantsfontein urgently seeks a well spoken and well presented Receptionist to join their Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification
  • Matric
Requirements
  • IT knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent level of English language both written and spoken
  • Good administration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Manage time effectively by setting priorities through productive time management
Duties
Answering and transferring telephone calls
- Transcribing telephonic messages
- Welcoming visitors
- Filing
- Photo copying
- Receiving parcel deliveries
- Vehicle licensing and COF administration, reconciliation and filing
- Updating daily reports on FMS and Magic Eye
- Processing, scanning, and distributing of POD’s
- Filing and archiving of POD’s
- Resolving POD queries
- COVID screening of employees and visitors
