A logistics company based in Olifantsfontein urgently seeks a well spoken and well presented Receptionist to join their Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

IT knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Excellent level of English language both written and spoken
Good administration skills
Attention to detail
Manage time effectively by setting priorities through productive time management

Duties
Answering and transferring telephone calls
- Transcribing telephonic messages
- Welcoming visitors
- Filing
- Photo copying
- Receiving parcel deliveries
- Vehicle licensing and COF administration, reconciliation and filing
- Updating daily reports on FMS and Magic Eye
- Processing, scanning, and distributing of POD’s
- Filing and archiving of POD’s
- Resolving POD queries
- COVID screening of employees and visitors
