SUMMARY:
Our client in the Motor Industry has an opportunity available for a Receptionist in the Bellville, Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

An appropriate grade 12 certificate and/ or equivalent academic qualification
Customer orientated behavior essential (walk-inns, employees and employers, trade union officials and employers’ organisations as well as attorneys)
Switchboard operation knowledge and experience required
Presentable and professional attitude
Computer Literacy
Proficient in at least 3 Official languages, including English and Afrikaans
Prior experience in interpreting in Statutory Labour Dispute Resolution processes
Knowledge of the Case Management System would be an advantage

KPAs:

Interpret at both Conciliation and Arbitration proceedings if and when required
Screen Calls and route calls accurately
Take accurate messages and forward them timeously
Answer queries regarding cases
Welcome visitors and redirect them to the appropriate person
Assist with secretarial duties as and when required
Assist with filing and archiving
