SUMMARY:
Our client in the Motor Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Receptionist, based in the Bellville, Western Cape area. This will be a temporary position for 4 months.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualifications
Customer orientated behavior essential (callers, service providers, agents)
At least 1 year switchboard operation
Basic knowledge of the Labour Relations Act would be an advantage
Must be meticulous in carrying out tasks/instructions etc
Computer Literacy essential

KPAs:

Answer the telephone in a professional manner
Screen Calls and route calls accurately
Take accurate messages and forward them timeously
Screening and routing of incoming and outgoing mail – hand delivered (courier)
