JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate’s responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Receiving and directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Arranging couriers
  • Booking meetings
  • Keeping the reception tidy
  • Assisting with admin functions
  • Assisting customers and colleagues where possible

Desired Experience & Qualification

The following minimum requirements must be met to be considered for this position:

  • Matric
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Professional appearance and communication
