WE ARE HIRING: RECEPTIONIST

ð Cape Town CBD | Automotive Industry
We are looking for a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist customers and visitors
Operate and manage the main switchboard
Direct calls and enquiries to the relevant departments
Maintain a professional reception area
Manage mail, couriers and correspondence
Provide general administrative support
Assist with filing, scanning and data capturing
Schedule appointments and meeting rooms
Handle customer enquiries professionally

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / Matric
Previous Receptionist / Front Office experience
Automotive dealership experience advantageous
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
