Your Role

Job Description

Greet all arriving visitors and corporate clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Answer a busy switchboard and route phone calls to the right team members smoothly.
Take clear telephone messages and send them to staff quickly through email.
Keep the reception and front desk area looking tidy, clean, and highly professional.
Receive daily mail, sign for courier packages, and distribute them to the office.
Help manage the boardroom calendar and organize refreshments for business meetings.
Provide basic office support by helping teams with quick data entry and filing.

What You Need to Apply

Previous experience working at a front desk or operating a multi-line switchboard.
Good computer skills, especially with everyday programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in everyday business English.
A professional appearance combined with a positive, helpful, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong time-management skills and the willingness to learn new office tasks.
A Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification is required for this role.
