SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and tech-savvy Receptionist & Business Support Administrator. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting day-to-day office operations, social media activity, basic website updates, and customer communication.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Fully computer literate (Word, Excel, Email)
Experience in office administration (advantageous)
Experience with social media posting and basic website upkeep (advantageous)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Professional, well-presented, and trustworthy
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good time-management and organisational skills
Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure
