Job Description:

• Perform basic secretarial duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting clients in a high-end showroom environment.
• Process invoices, manage billing, and assist with stock keeping using specialized software.
• Receive packages and coordinate with the administrative officer on various related tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the showroom.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: National Senior Certificate (NSC) is required.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer use, including data processing and familiarity with invoicing and billing software.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role.

• Skills and Attributes:
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and anticipate needs.
• Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be well-versed and able to interact professionally with clients.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
• Language: Being able to speak both English & Afrikaans is to your advantage.
