This is more than just a front desk role — it’s about setting the tone for the entire space.
As receptionist, you will:

• Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and route calls and emails promptly
• Manage deliveries and front-desk communications
• Keep the reception area looking tidy and organized
• Support the daily flow of the building and help foster the community
• Provide administrative support to building management when needed – this would include completing parking reconciliations, handling meeting room bookings
• Monitoring building security protocols, including visitor check-ins, issuing access badges and reporting any unusual activities in the building.
• Oversee general upkeep of common areas by reporting cleaning and repair needs to the operational manager
• Manage inventory of office and cleaning supplies and placing orders when required.

• A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic digital tools
• Enthusiastic about being part of a creative and collaborative space
• Previous front desk or customer service experience is a bonus
