SUMMARY:
Job Title: Receptionist and Admin Clerk

Renumeration: Based on Qualifications and Experience
 
Our client, in the Construction Solutions Industry, is looking to employ a Receptionist and Admin Clerk to join their team in Sutherland Ridge, Centurion.

This person will be responsible for being a positive first point of contact with guests whether it be in person or electronically, managing office supplies and groceries, providing accurate information, and general office administration.

The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker, detail and deadline orientated, have exceptional communication and writing skills, and is professional and positive.  
Required Qualifications & Working Knowledge:

• Matric (Pure Mathematics passed with over 60%)
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or Similar
• Excellent time-management skills
• Experience using Sage Evolution will be advantageous
• Proven negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests
• Direct guests to the appropriate area and offer refreshments
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
• Ensure the reception area is always tidy
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries
• Maintain office security (monitor logbook and issue visitor)
• Order office supplies and keep inventory
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodation
• Keep updated records of office expenses
• Clerical duties (filing, photocopying, data capturing, etc.)
• Keep records of orders and create project reference numbers
• Record all leave
