SUMMARY:
A dynamic clothing supplier based in Verulam is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join their warehousing team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Verify items received against purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure accurate capturing of received stock on the system
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for any discrepancies
Maintain clean and organized receiving areas
Assist with stock takes and cycle counts when required
Liaise with suppliers and delivery personnel professionally
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum of 1 year experience in a receiving or warehouse clerk role
Knowledge of stock control procedures and basic inventory systems
Computer literate (experience with warehouse or stock software advantageous)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
