SUMMARY:
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess to join our restaurant team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable dining experience.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12; hospitality qualification advantageous.
1–2 years’ experience in a hostess or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and reservations management.
Well-presented, enthusiastic, and professional.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle distinguished clientele.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically able to stand and move around for long periods.
