SUMMARY:
A reputable lodge in Hazyview is looking for a friendly and efficient Reservationist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for customer service. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) essential
Hospitality or tourism qualification advantageous
Previous experience in reservations, front office, or guest relations preferred
Computer literate (MS Office; knowledge of reservation systems an advantage)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, well-spoken, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all reservation enquiries via phone and email
Process bookings, confirmations, and guest correspondence
Update availability and maintain accurate booking records
Liaise with guests, travel agents, and tour operators
Work closely with reception and management to ensure seamless guest arrivals
Provide friendly and professional service at all times
