SUMMARY:
A well-established hospitality business in Hazyview is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts / Admin Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate is organized, good with numbers, and able to multitask in a busy hospitality environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both administrative and financial support work.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) essential
1–2 years’ experience in administration or accounts
Basic knowledge of accounting functions (invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash, etc.)
Computer literate (MS Office; Excel proficiency essential)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting and administrative duties
Capture and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Liaise with suppliers, staff, and management as needed
Provide general office and reception support
