JOB DESCRIPTION:

An upmarket and busy Dental Practice in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town requires a SKILLED and EXPERIENCED Receptionist/Personal Assistant to the Dentist, to join their team. This position is for a calm and collected candidate with excellent multi-tasking skills, a passion for what they do, and who takes pride in their work. They must also have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Other duties as the receptionist will be to make and receive payments, schedule the book, receive and reply to emails, answer the phone and take messages.

On the Personal Assistant side, the candidate will help the Doctor with communicating with the patients on her behalf, taking notes, etc. The ideal candidate will be an extrovert, friendly, sophisticated, organised, and computer literate. The candidate must also be good at handling children and their parents and be able to work under pressure.

The candidate must be a NON-smoker, send current payslips, and send relevant reference numbers.

Working hours: 07:45 for 8:00 – 17:30

Salary: negotiable
