SUMMARY:
Position available for an experienced Quality Control & Assurance Manager with at least 5 years experience.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Experienced with FSSC 22000 or similar GFSI food safety certification system
Computer literate
BSc Food Science / Food Technology
More than 5 years experience in a similar role
Ethical and Sustainability systems knowledge

Duties include:

Assist with the setup of a new plant
Deal with food safety audits
Maintain Halaal & Kosher certification
Communicate with retailers
Training of others - health and safety, food safety
Manage Quality Control team
Provide assistance with new product development
