Proposal / Quotations Administrator – Mining & Mineral Processing

Our client is a respected engineering company delivering mineral processing projects across the mining industry — and they’re growing their Business Development Team. They’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident working with technical information.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing accurate equipment quotes for multiple sites
Managing daily client communication and keeping things running smoothly
Working closely with warehouse teams to confirm spares availability
Processing and prioritising sales orders
Updating OEM spares price lists
Pulling together project writeâups, and graphics for RFP/RFQ submissions
Formatting and compiling professional tender documents
Managing proposal files, vendor compliance records, and prequalification packs
Coordinating meetings, timelines, and submission schedules
Supporting market and client research for business development

What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ experience in quoting, proposals, or order entry (mining/cement/heavy industry)
Strong MS Word skills — templates, styles, graphics, crossâreferences
Relevant admin/business support qualifications
A structured, detailâdriven working style
