POSITION INFO:
In order to be considered the following is required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist
- AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud Practitioner or Architect-level certification
- ScienceLogic SL1 Certified Engineer (or equivalent AIOps platform certification)
- ITIL Foundation or above
- Minimum 5 - 10 years in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role in IT operations, monitoring, or cloud services.
- Strong working knowledge of AIOps platforms (e.g., ScienceLogic, BigPanda, AppD, Moogsoft, LogicMonitor, Dynatrace)
- Demonstrable experience supporting enterprise RFPs / RFIs and writing technical content for tenders and proposals
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to present to C-level and technical audiences
- Deep understanding of ITOM, ITSM, and monitoring/observability ecosystems
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Resolve, Runbook Automation), APIs and cloud-native infrastructure
Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Discovery and Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Chief Client Executive and account teams to uncover IT operations challenges in enterprise environments
- Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders (C-Suite, CIOs, Heads of IT Operations, NOC Managers)
- Gather and document business, technical and functional requirements
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design high-impact AIOps solutions tailored to client environments using platforms such as ScienceLogic, Moogsoft, BigPanda or similar
- Define integrations with observability, ITSM (e.g. ServiceNow), automation and cloud tools (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Present proposed architectures clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders
Demonstrations and Proofs of Value (PoV)
- Develop and deliver tailored platform demos that highlight core AIOps use cases (e.g. event correlation, automated remediation, anomaly detection)
- Plan and execute Proof of Value or Pilot programs aligned to specific success criteria
- Produce technical and business impact reports post-PoV
Proposal & Tender Support:
- Lead the technical response for RFPs, RFIs and formal bid documents
- Collaborate with commercial, legal, and solution teams to develop compliant, compelling proposals
- Write and review sections related to technical scope, use cases, integration models, architecture and project methodology
Internal Enablement and Training:
- Provide technical training to internal stakeholders on AIOps positioning, solution capabilities and industry trends
- Support the Client Executive team with sales strategies, messaging alignment and solution differentiation
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
- Participate in QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and client solution roadmap sessions
- Act as a technical advisor during client onboarding and early adoption phases (in partnership with delivery)
