POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance requests and manage service provider follow-ups
Process work orders, invoices, and service-related documentation
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and contract administration
Handle tenant queries and ensure timely resolution
Assist with compliance, inspections, and health & safety requirements
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and filing systems

Requirements

Matric + relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property or facilities administration (essential)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Professional, proactive, and service-focused
