POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assess property-related email correspondence.
• Assign, track, and resolve queries with precision and follow-up.
• First-line resolution and escalation where needed.
• Report directly to the National Manager.

• Prepare and distribute AGM notices and documentation.
• Attend and ensure all legal requirements for AGMs are met.
• Take minutes or ensure recordings are compliant with attendee consent.

• Liaise with insurance brokers to renew policies annually.
• Oversee fire equipment servicing and ensure COCs are issued.
• Assist with insurance claims and contractor dispatch.

• Work closely with accountants and auditors to prepare and distribute audited financials.
• Ensure deadlines are met for reviews and trustee sign-offs.

• Distribute notices via email, post, or hand delivery.
• Assist in updating and registering Conduct Rules with the Ombudsman.
• Maintain up-to-date statutory files and client databases.

What We’re Looking For

• Matric (Required)
• Diploma in Property Management (Advantageous)
• Paddocks courses in ST schemes/HOAs (Preferred)
• Proficient in WeconnectU and Microsoft Excel
• Sound knowledge of the Sectional Titles Management Act, MOIs, and relevant legal frameworks.

• Minimum 1–3 years in residential or estate property management.
• Previous experience in reputable property management companies preferred.
