POSITION INFO:

A retail and property investment conglomerate boasting with a national footprint seeks a Property Billing Assistant Lead to join their finance team based in Cape Town, Northern Suburbs.

Duties include but not limited to:

Tenant billing

Allocation of payments

Tenant deposit reconciliations

Maintain lease agreements on MDA

Conduct lease audits

Tenant related reporting

Liaise with tenants to resolve queries

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets

Conduct monthly variance analysis

Education:

Diploma in Accounting or Finance

Skills & Experience:

3 to 5 years'' experience in a billing position is non-negotiable

2 to 3 years'' experience in a supervisory / team leader role is non-negotiable

Property industry experience is non-negotiable

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

MDA system working knowledge

Financial acumen

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
